Professional Career

Roland Köchli joined our firm in 2025. He was admitted to the Bar in 2003 and practiced in several renowned commercial law firms, the last 12 years as a partner.

Areas of expertise

Roland Köchli’s practice is focused on real estate law and M&A transactions as well as IT and digitalization issues including data protection. He advises both Swiss and international private and corporate clients and represents them before Swiss courts. 

Roland Köchli has a long track record of advising on complex real estate transactions (asset and share deals), which he covers from start to finish including due diligence, corporate structuring, contract drafting and review, negotiations as well as signing and closing of the transactions. Further, he will remain your contact person during the holding period of your real estate assets for all legal questions (e.g. tenancy law or refurbishment issues).

Roland Köchli also advises on M&A transactions (both asset and share deals) from due diligence to closing in sectors other than real estate law.

In the area of IT and digitalization, Roland advises his clients on contractual issues, also covering questions related to data protection.
