Professional career
Jean-Daniel Schmid joined our firm in 2015. After completion of his studies and his admission to the bar, Jean-Daniel Schmid earned a doctorate in law at the University of St. Gallen with his thesis on debt enforcement law. Additionally, Jean-Daniel Schmid worked as an attorney in a renowned international commercial law firm and as a law clerk at a district court. Jean-Daniel Schmid regularly publishes, in particular in the field of debt enforcement and bankruptcy law and civil procedure. Furthermore, he is a lecturer at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) concering debt enforcement and bankruptcy law.
